Abstract The present Regulations implement article 2 of the Agreement of 29 September 1978 by the Cantons Luzern, Uri, Schwyz, Obwalden and Nidwalden on fishing in Lake Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that whoever acquires a fishing authorization valid for more than one month, has to prove that he or she has sufficient knowledge of fish and animal protection in the exercise of fishing.
