Abstract

The present Regulations implement article 2 of the Agreement of 29 September 1978 by the Cantons Luzern, Uri, Schwyz, Obwalden and Nidwalden on fishing in Lake Lucerne. Article 2 establishes that whoever acquires a fishing authorization valid for more than one month, has to prove that he or she has sufficient knowledge of fish and animal protection in the exercise of fishing. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Fishing activities (II); Protective measures (III); Repopulation of fish stock (IV); Penal provisions (V); Transitional and final provisions (VI).
