The Provisions enter into force on 1 January 2001.
Abstract

The present provisions implement article 19 of the Introductory Law of 24 September 2000 relating to the Federal Inland Navigation Act (Inland Navigation Act Introductory Law). In particular, article 1 establishes that the competent cantonal authority for navigation is the Road Traffic Office. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competences (1); Indicators, identification cards and checks (2); Schools and events (3); Criminal proceedings (4); Final provisions (5).
