The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements the Agreement of 10 September 1993 by the Commission for the Zürichsee, Linthkanal and Walensee between the Cantons Zürich, Schwyz, Glarus and St. Gallen on fishing in the Lake Zürich, Linthkanal and Walensee. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Protection measures (2); Recreational fishing (3); Professional fishing (4);Final provisions (5). One Annex is enclosed.
