The present Schedule enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

The present Schedule of fees implements the Law of 11 February 2009 on Industrial Plants Basel. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the supply of water in general, and in particular of potable water on behalf of Industrial Plants Basel. The text consists of 67 articles divided into 13 Parts as follows: Subject (I); General provisions (II); Supply net (III); Access lines (IV); Domestic distribution system (V); Measuring device (VI); Counter (VII); Conditions of delivery (VIII); Invoicing (IX); Public fountains (X); Installation authorization (XI); Special arrangements and additional provisions (XII); Final provisions (XIII). The text contains one attachment on costs.
