Hunting wild animals and birds is allowed only after obtaining a licence (art. 1). The Administrative Governor will issue the licence containing the identity and photo of the applicant as well as the duration of the licence (art. 2). Hunting mountain goats and gazelles is absolutely prohibited (art. 6). Prohibition of hunting in the protected zones and in Umm Alqamara Island unless after obtaining a special permit (art. 7). Hunting at night and out of Winter (from December to 10 March) is prohibited (art. 8). Using of shotgun for hunting is prohibited (art. 9). Violation, fees and penalties (arts. 10-15).
