The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 2010.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Law on the economical use of energy and the promotion of renewable energies of 16 December 2009. Article 1 establishes that the Governing Council authorizes the programme on the economical use of energy and the programme on use of renewable environmental-friendly energy. The text consists of 40 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Energy saving measures for building and facilities in general (II); Contribution to promotion (III); Final provisions (IV).
