The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 April 2004.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Economic Supply Act of 8 October 1982. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Article 1 establishes that Executive Council oversees the cantonal enforcement of federal legislation on the National Economic Supply. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Executive Council (1); Department of Economic Affairs (2); Cantonal Central Office for National Economic Supply (3); Municipal office for national economic supply (4); Costs (5); Entry into force (6).
