Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Federal Economic Supply Act of 8 October 1982. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Article 1 establishes that Executive Council oversees the cantonal enforcement of federal legislation on the National Economic Supply.
