Abstract The Cabinet of Ministers, in the exercise of the powers vested upon by article 10 of the Implementation of European Community Decisions and Regulations Regarding Fisheries Law of 2006, hereby issues the present Order. This Order establishes the fees to be paid in the context of the inspections required by Council Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008 establishing a Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing.
