The present Ordinance enters into force on 15 October 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Civil Protection Law of 22 October 2003. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Personnel of civil protection (I); Need for human and material resources (II); Contributions to protection facilities (III); Maintenance and use of protective equipment (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
