Abstract

This Order, made under section 3 of the Plant (Export Prohibition) Act, prohibits the exportation from Trinidad and Tobago of the plant known as the I.C.2 Banana, other than the fruit thereof, except under written permit obtained from the Chief Technical Officer (Agriculture), who may in his/her discretion grant or withhold the issue of the permit.
