The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2008.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the IBR/IPV Act (BGBl. No. 636/1989). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the fight against bovine rhinotracheitis and infectious pustular vulvovaginitis. The text consists of 12 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Definition of terms (2); Competent authorities (3); Inspection (4); Tasks of the National Reference Laboratories for IBR/IPV (5); Examination techniques and laboratory methods (6); Diagnosis and suspected stocks (7); Data collection (8); Duties of the owner (9); Sanctions (10); Gender designation (11); Final provisions (12).
