These Specifications, consisting of 17 Sections, are formulated in accordance with the Provisions on the Administration of Hygienic Registration of Enterprises Producing Food for Export, with reference to food hygiene regulations and standards of the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC) and the relevant importing countries.
