Abstract

These Regulations may be cited as the Hygiene and Official Control of Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations of 2007 and shall be read as one with the Hygiene and Official Control of Foodstuffs Regulations of 2007 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Hygiene and Official Control of Foodstuffs Regulations of 2006-2007. With the present Regulations, paragraph 6 to Regulation 3 of the principal regulations shall be replaced with the text laid down herewith. The amendment regards the deletion from the Register of food processing facilities which cease to operate in this sector.
