Under section 4, the objects of the corporation are to develop the use of power on an economic and efficient basis, and, in particular, to engage in the province and elsewhere in the development, generation, production, transmission, distribution, delivery, supply, sale and use of power from water, steam, gas, coal, oil or other products used or useful in the production of power, and to supply power, at rates consistent with sound financial administration, for domestic, commercial, industrial or other uses in the province.
