Abstract

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the corporation known as the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority is continued, consisting of persons who are appointed as directors and who hold office as provided in this Act. The text – consisting of 38 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: agent of government, directors, powers of directors, directors’ proceedings, interests of directors, resolutions, executive committee, expropriation, compulsory supply of power, release on expropriation, application of expropriation power, funds, liability of authority, taxation and power to make regulations.
