For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed, it expires on 31 January 2018.
Abstract

The present Regulation implements various sections of the Hydro and Electric Energy Act. The above-mentioned regulation lays down provisions relating to duties of operators of power plants, as well as to persons producing electric energy solely for their own use, persons intending to introduce minor alterations of a power plant, etc. The text consists of 20 sections.
