Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Act on hunting and protection of birds of 12 May 1929. Article 1 establishes that hunting is subject to a public hunting permit. The text consists of 58 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Hunting rights and leasing (I); Hunting organization and management (II); Damage caused by wild game (III); Hunting supervision (IV); No hunting areas (V); Final and transitional provisions (VI).
