Then it deals with assignment of new hunting areas, lease of hunting grounds, hunting licences and hunting liability insurance. Part 3 prescribes duties and prohibitions concerning hunting. The formation of hunting personnel, especially of control organs, and provisions for the Hunting Control Service are contained, respectively, in Part 6 and 7.
