Abstract

The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to the various terms therein employed, such as the different kinds of animals. Then it deals with assignment of new hunting areas, lease of hunting grounds, hunting licences and hunting liability insurance. Part 3 prescribes duties and prohibitions concerning hunting. The formation of hunting personnel, especially of control organs, and provisions for the Hunting Control Service are contained, respectively, in Part 6 and 7. Finally, regulations for the treatment of game are set out in Part 8. The Ordinance consists of 51 articles divided into 9 Parts and 6 Annexes.
