Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 108 of the Wildlife Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the issue of hunting licences. The text consists of 32 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Licences and hunter numbers (1); Fraser Valley Special Hunting Area (2); Gulf Islands Special Hunting Area (3).
