Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to hunting in the Canton Appenzell Innerrhoden. Article 1 establishes that within the framework of the federal legislation the Canton is entitled both to grant hunting rights and to dispose of wild mammals and birds. Article 4 specifies that the Canton makes compensation payments for damages caused by wild animals or hunting. The text consists of 7 articles.
