The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Fish and Wildlife Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to application and issuing of licences. Section 5 establishes that an appropriate examination shall be administered by a conservation officer and the performance of the applicant shall be assessed by that conservation officer. Section 8 lists amount of fees to be paid for licences. The text consists of 9 sections.
