Abstract This Regulation, consisting of 36 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, provides for restrictions of water use in special areas including the engagement in aquaculture, intensive livestock or agriculture; installation or operation of sewage disposals; and the pollution of waters. The Schedule specifies offences as penalty notice offences and prescribes authorized officers for the purposes of issuing penalty notices.
