Abstract This Regulation provides for restrictions in special areas including the engagement in aquaculture, intensive livestock or plant agriculture; installation or operation of sewage disposals; and the pollution of waters. The Regulation prescribes certain offences as penalty notice offences and prescribes authorized officers for the purposes of issuing penalty notices.
