The present Regulations enter into force on 15 February 2013.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Environmental Management and Protection Act, 2002. For the purpose of the present Regulations “product management program” means a programme for the collection and recycling of residentially generated waste packaging and paper» and packaging and paper are pescribed products according to section 4. Section 5 establishes that no steward shall fail to: a) operate a product management program approved by the minister or b) enter into an agreement with a person to operate, on the steward’s behalf, a product management program approved by the minister. The text consists of 12 sections.
