Abstract

The purpose of this Act is to help conserve and sustain the use of hot springs, provide auxiliary therapeutic venues, enhance national health, develop tourism, and advance public welfare. The Act consist of 32 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions; Hot Spring Conservation; Hot Spring Area; Hot Spring Utilization; Penal Provisions; Supplementary Provisions.
