The present Act enters into force on 26 February 1979.
Abstract

The present Act lays down provisions relating to deductions made on the purchase of cattle with horns. Section 6 establishes the Horned Cattle Fund. The text consisting of 12 sections – deals with the following matters: returns and remittance by livestock dealer or inspector, prohibition, Horned Cattle Fund, annual report, Advisory committee, inspectors, penalty, cancellation of licence on conviction and recovery of sums payable under the Act.
