The Regulations entered into force on 10 May 2004.
Abstract

In implementation of European Union Council Directive 2001/110/EC, these Regulations establish particular standards applicable to the marketing of honey, as defined under the First Schedule. Regulation 4 concerns labelling and packaging requirements. Composition criteria are set out in the Second Schedule.
