Abstract

The present Regulation enacts section 14 of the Agricultural Produce Grading Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the grading of honey according to British Columbia grades. Section 3 establishes that all containers of honey shall be marked with the name and address of the packer or the name and address of the first seller. The text consists of 5 sections.
