The present Plan may be cited as the «Ontario Pork Producers’ Marketing Plan». Section 3 establishes that the local Board known as the Ontario Pork Producers’ Marketing Board is continued as the local Board that administers this Plan. Section 5 specifies the composition, powers and functioning of the afore-mentioned Board.
