The present Regulation comes into force on 1 December 2003.
Abstract

This Regulation makes detailed provisions on the constitution and operation of the Porc NB Pork, the institution responsible for the control of production and marketing of hog and related products in New Brunswick. It contains provisions on membership, term of office, designated representatives, qualification of member, election of member, removal of member, vacancy on Board, powers of Board, and advisory committees.
