The Company may also place dams in the Hobaboe Creek for purposes specified in section 3. Other provisions of the Act lay duties on the Company to construct a bridge, to place sluice kokers, to carry out maintenance and to construct another canal at the request under specified circumstances of the Drainage and Irrigation Board.
