No person shall prepare, grade, or store any hides or skins unless the related premises are duly licensed under this Act by the Director of the Development Division of the Ministry of Agriculture. The Act also: provides with respect of grader’s licences and hide dressers’ licences; provides for appeal against decisions of the Director or inspectors; defines powers of inspectors; and prescribes offences.
