Abstract

The present Law implements the Federal Waste Water Charges Act in the version of 28 January 2005. In particular, it establishes the amount of fees to be paid in relation to the harmfulness of the effluent waste water discharged in public waters. The text consists of 21 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Duty to pay charges (I); Basis for evaluation (II); Verification of harmfulness (III); Competent authority, fixing and levying of fees, surveillance (IV); Destination of collected fees (V); Penalties, restriction of basic rights, entry into force, repeal (VI).
