Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the sustainable protection of nature and landscape in the Land of Hessen. To conserve the environment for future generations, nature and its landscape, being the living space of human beings, shall be protected in such a way as to secure in the long run its integrity, capability of regeneration and sustainable use.
