Abstract

The provisions of the present Ordinance implement regulations of the Council and Commission of the EC relating to importation of hemp from third countries. The text consists of 10 articles dealing with the following aspects: sphere of application, competent authorities, licence, importation requirements, treatment, hemp seeds, attestation, forms, penalties.
