Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Air Pollution Heating Systems Control Law (LGBl. No. 48/2009). The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the marketing of residential heating systems, the construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of heating systems in view of air pollution in general, and the inspection of heating systems. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Marketing of residential heating systems (2); Construction, equipment and operation of heating systems and power stations (3); Emission limit values and gas losses in the operation of heating systems and power stations (4); Fuels (5); Inspections (5); Authorized inspectors (6); Final provisions (7).
