It provides for: a necessary municipal license; regulations for workers, such as health card, annual medical examination and special uniforms; location and details for interior decor; equipment, including source of potable water and a basin for washing fruit; the cleanliness of the rooms. National standards have to be met in water use for juice preparation, the fruit used shall not be decayed and shall be suitable for consumption.
