Abstract

This Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, consists of 11 articles. It provides for: a necessary municipal license; regulations for workers, such as health card, annual medical examination and special uniforms; location and details for interior decor; equipment, including source of potable water and a basin for washing fruit; the cleanliness of the rooms. National standards have to be met in water use for juice preparation, the fruit used shall not be decayed and shall be suitable for consumption. It is not allowed the storage or serving of pre-prepared juices.
