Abstract

This Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, consists of 14 articles and gives health rules and conditions for restaurants. It provides for: a necessary municipal license; location and equipment, including source of water and wastewater drainage system. It also gives regulations for workers, such as health card, annual medical check-up, uniforms and head-dresses, personal cleanliness. Specific measures are provided for kitchen tools and utensils, containers for cooked meals, refrigerators for different kind of products and, when needed, specific rules for restaurants serve grills. the Regulation prohibits to slaughter animals inside the public restaurants.
