It provides for: a necessary municipal license and the location of the factory. It shall be divided in three divisions: (i) machinery cooling division; (ii) ice-making division; and (iii) ice store division. The specifications for each division deal with materials for the interior of the factory and utensils. Measures are given for the water and salt used in making ice, ice blocks handling, ice production, and ice transportation. The Regulation deals also with measures for workers, such as card, annual medical examination, suitable clothes, caps, boots and leather gloves. Full text English Website www.mrmwr.gov.om
