It provides for a necessary municipal license, store location and workers uniforms. The Regulation also provides for: foodstuff arrangement according to the validity dates; waste, decayed and expired foodstuff; precautionary measures to prevent the entry of direct sunlight, rainwater and flooding; stores designated for liquid and fresh foodstuff; storage of chemicals, pesticides, detergents and other substances.
