Abstract

This Regulation, issued by the Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources, consists of 11 articles. It provides for: a necessary municipal license; location and details for interior decor. It also gives regulations for workers, such as health card, annual medical examination, uniforms, head-dresses and masks. The shop shall be divided in three sections: (i) storage place; (ii) roasting and grinding place, with particular requirements for the oven connected with the chimney and fans for the smoke; and (iii) display and sale place. The three sections have to be separated from each other. Regarding to the foodstuff: nuts, coffee and almonds shall be free from mites and insects; production, expiry date and country of origin shall compare on the package labels; no coloring matter shall be added; the commercial name of the establishment shall compare on the labels; and rules for repackaging shops shall be adhere to when repackaging.
