Abstract

These Regulations concern health certificates for persons operating in certain public places including food and drinking establishments. Certificates are compulsory and shall be issued by the Department of Public Health and Social Services. Persons who sell fresh fruit or nuts, eggs, or live poultry of pigs are exempted from the requirements of a health certificate. Persons who wish to obtain a certificate shall pass an examination regarding food hygiene and quality. The applicants shall also undergo physical examination.
