Any person employed as a handler of food or drink in any eating and drinking establishment or at any food service establishment, as defined in Chapter 23; or in any food establishment, as defined in Chapter 24 shall obtain every twelve months from the Director of the Department of Public Health and Social Services a health certificate. The Fund shall be used to support functions of the Division of Environmental Health of the Department of Public Health and Social Services.
