Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to plants handling substances dangerous to waters. Said plants have to be built in such a way that those substances cannot escape and therefore endangering the environment. The text consists of 32 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Plants to stock substances dangerous to water (2); Plants for production and treatment of substances dangerous to water as well as plants to use such substances (3); Monitoring (4); Specialized plants (5); Duty to report (6); Penalties (7). Four Annexes are enclosed.
