Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 14 of the Brandenburg Waste Disposal Law of 6 June 1997. Article 1 establishes that the Central Institution for organizing the disposal of hazardous waste shall charge fees and costs for all official acts as listed in the enclosed Annex. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
