These Regulations consist of 5 Parts divided into 33 regulations. Applications and granting of export, import, transit and Basel or special permits are provided for in Part II. Part III provides for the revocation, surrender and variation of permits. If any person holding a permit shall contravene to any of the provisions regarding the import, export or transit of hazardous wastes, the Director may order that person to deal with the waste in a specified way (Part IV). The fees payable in relation to applications under these Regulations are listed in the Schedule.
