These Regulations enter into force on 2 July 2001.
Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the hazardous substances for which tracking is required and the information that is to be recorded in respect of, and other matters relating to, those substances. Tracked substances shall be hazardous substances that have one or more hazard classifications listed in Schedule 1. The location and movement of every tracked substance must be recorded at each stage of its lifecycle as specified in Schedule 2.
