Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to plants and enterprises dealing with water-polluting substances. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Plants storing, filling and handling water-polluting substances in general (II); Plants filling, handling, producing and treating water-polluting substances in artisan and public facilities (III); Monitoring (IV); Specialized enterprises (V); Penalties (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).
