These Regulations enter into force on 2 July 2001.
Abstract

These Regulations prescribe, for each intrinsic hazardous substance property, the minimum degrees of hazard that must be met before a substance is considered hazardous. Minimum degrees of hazard for substances with explosive, flammable, oxidising, toxic, corrosive and eco-toxic properties are the degrees of hazard specified in Schedule 1-6, respectively.
